It all begins with a thought, followed by determination to achieve your goal, no matter how big, scary, or daunting the process may be. Eventually, there comes a day when you can look back and say, "Yes, we finally made it." With that in mind, I am proud to present the most significant achievement within the nursing and midwifery profession in Malawi - The first ever nursing and midwifery journal. This journey that dates as far back as November 2022. I extend my deepest gratitude and congratulations to my team at NONM for this achievement. Dr A. Muula and Genesis Chorwe-Sungani word would fail me to express the volume of support you have given towards this initiative and how I wish the whole ocean waters were ink ...enough to allow me express the magnitude of support you have given this far. Many thanks to my coach and tutors from Centre for Executive Training and Development (CeTAD) at Lancaster University Juliet McDonnell Dr Jo Greenwood Debbie Simpson who also played a critical role in this project that culminated from an action research project conducted during my study at the University as a Commonwealth Scholar.#2022#Cohort# Commonwealth Scholarship Commission in the UK #Nurses #HaveWon #WeMoveForward #ServeHumanity#NursingMidwifery#Healthrelated#Research#
