Interesting, and this is good to see. But in so many ways not surprising. And sadly too many leaders, counsellors, managers, coaches, and therapists fail to apply. Whether it be the principles of FLOW state (Csikszentmihalyi), or the use of PERMA (Seligman) , or the studies of happiness (Haidt), and the benefits of slowing down and detoxing towards our deep work (Newport) - or even, the constructive psychology with hints of Buddhism (Morita) - the fundamental elements always were, are and will be consistent. Focusing on the physical world, find interests with others, and challenges outside of our stressors, is the source of resilience and renewal. Turn off the screen, change your physical view point, do something physical and engage in something new, to challenge your intellect.

This event was conceptualized and organized by Disha Roychowdhury to reflect the mission of ErasaVir for a healthy lifestyle. Originally the ideation and roots of @erasavir (at the time of development of scientific thesis and grounded in irrefutable scientific rationale, the name Erasavir was not in our mind) was to make a meaningful dent in the pandemic (and ErasaVir did help users but the number of users were small). This event is to highlight that we will grow Erasavir brand one user, one day, one event at a time and then at one point there will be an organic parabolic growth as users who have used the product, for a year or so, see tangible health benefits (though many users have reported consequential short term relief as well) will recommend this product to their friends and family. Unlike major celebrities endorsing cancer causing powder, diabetes causing sugar water, tools that gamify gambling; we will earn our customers by providing real health benefits based on scientific rationale and real world benefits. This event is the first of many; and will be rolled out all across India and globally. ErasaVir brings a new paradigm in #Hygiene. This is Hygiene redefined for the 21st century. Did you brush today? (generic, multiple brands) Did you take a bathe with soap today? (generic, multiple brands) Did you take your vitamins today? (generic, multiple brands) And in due course of time: Did you Erasavir today?  (proprietary, only one brand) At Palani (that owns ErasaVir), we are working on different versions of ErasaVir to appeal to more consumers according to their preferences as well as other proprietary products that would make for a healthier life for the users.
