Job Title: Customer Marketing Manager Department/Group: Sales Reporting to: Business Manager – Professional Division Team Size: NA Stakeholders External: Salons Internal: Sales Team, Marketing Team Location: Gurgaon A. Mission of the Job Responsible for developing and executing effective BTL activation strategies to increase salon engagement and drive footfalls to our salons for use of .. Roles and Responsibilities: i. Develop and implement comprehensive activation strategies to increase customer and consumer engagement and increase demand for product for service and home care. ii. In-Store Promotions: Plan and implement promotional activities and campaigns to drive foot traffic and increase sales from salons iii. Plan, execute, and oversee below-the-line activation campaigns, including on-ground activities, events, and experiential marketing initiatives. iv. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, operations, and merchandising, to align retail activation strategies with overall business objectives. v. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of salon activation initiatives, track key performance indicators (KPIs), provide regular reports to management and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. vi. Analyze performance data to draw insights to measure the success of campaigns vii. Manage budgets and resources for optimal campaign ROI. viii. Identify, negotiate with, and manage external vendors and agencies to ensure seamless execution of activation initiatives. ix. Key Skills and Competencies • Proven track record of successful BTL activation campaigns and local media interventions. • Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills. - Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to derive insights from market research, sales data, and customer trends. • Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and market trends. • Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities. • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation in marketing. and engaging retail activation strategies • Excellent presentation skills, verbal, written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to various stakeholders. • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and brand consistency C.
