💡 Projects utilizing artificial intelligence bring many opportunities, but also numerous potential challenges. This can be overwhelming for cultural and scientific institutions, as they have a public trust to uphold. We are co-creating the AI TASK FORCE – Poland's first project of this kind – to assist in a responsible and sustainable implementation of AI-based solutions. Our team is an interdisciplinary network of specialists who join forces to provide comprehensive support – from the conceptual phase, through design and implementation, all the way to monitoring and analysing the results. 👉 If you're in Warsaw, join us on December 11th at the Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw for the AI TASK FORCE Innovation Summit! Our panellists will talk about: ➤ Where do Polish institutions and companies fit in the global AI discussion? ➤ Can an organisation afford not to have a strategy for this technology? ➤ How can we balance innovation with ethical considerations? We’ll also discuss many other issues surrounding artificial intelligence, the organisations' environment, law, and ethics. ❗️ Free registration is open only until all spots are filled – and that might be soon! Sign up here: 🔗 https://lnkd.in/dXEKfrBn 🇵🇱 Note: the event will be held in Polish. __ The graphic uses a photo from the collections of the Narodowe Archiwum Cyfrowe [Public Domain].

The AI-Bioscience Collaborative Summit was a fantastic experience! I had the privilege of (scientifically) representing Brazil at this event in Washington, DC, alongside fellow scientist Dr. Celso Camilo. We spent two intense days exchanging ideas with global experts and policymakers, all zeroed in on how AI is set to reshape the future of life sciences and healthcare. The main takeaway? AI’s impact on biosciences is huge and growing. But for us to make the most of it, countries need to figure out how to collaborate effectively—sharing data, expertise, and tech while staying mindful of the risks. How do we make data accessible across borders without risking privacy? How do we tackle bias in AI models, especially when the data we have is often limited or skewed? And how do we get AI scientists and wet-lab researchers, who bring different perspectives, to work seamlessly together? We don’t have all the answers yet, but these conversations are critical to moving forward.

‘As a continent, we need to try more and not be held back by fear,’ says Jana Strattner of the Innovation Park Artificial Intelligence (IPAI) in Heilbronn, Germany. Europe is late to the AI party, with promising talents often migrating to the US. It is high time to do something about it 💪 Europe has the potential to catch up in the AI race by embracing bold applications, value-driven regulation, and fostering collaboration. The Innovation Hub in Heilbronn offers a compelling example: it’s building an ecosystem for applied AI that brings together businesses, academia, and talent. As Tim Roder puts it, ‘We need to translate our expertise into creative ideas to make good use of AI.’ Initiatives like the Innovation Hub are developing sovereign data structures and practical AI solutions that reinforce European values, such as data protection and transparency 🚀 👉 Learn more about the insights shared at the Annual Meeting 2024: https://lnkd.in/d464FqeW 💬 What is the role of artificial intelligence in your field? What topic would you like to explore in more depth at the new Innovation Park in Heilbronn? 🧐 Share your thoughts below! 💡 Speakers: Tim Roder, Jana Strattner and Andreas Jagusch 🎤 Moderation: Franca Lehfeldt 📌 Annual Meeting 2024, Session: A strong Europe is co-operative: How to transform egosystems to ecosystems? 🤖 : Aleph Alpha, Generalising AI from Heidelberg, Germany Lucerne Dialogue Platinum Partners: AMAG Group | Forvis Mazars in Switzerland | Orange Business | V-ZUG

🌍 AI-Forum Tavagnacco: Innovation, Skills & Humanity 🤖✨ This weekend, the first edition of AI FORUM TAVAGNACCO took place - as the founder and main tenant of Microsoft's Tavagnacco (UD) subsidiary (*obviously joking here*) I couldn't help but attend. This event brought thought leaders, innovators, and visionaries to explore AI's impact on both skills and territory as well as soul and ethics - a ferocious flu restricted the number of panels I was able to attend, but I noted a couple of insights, during this opportunity to nurture my mind and soul: 💼 Skills & Territory: Collaboration between centers of excellence in research is essential to thrive 🤖, as shared by Angelo Montanari Keeping pace with change in the AI era means running 🏃♂️, as shared by Gianluigi Rozza The importance of nurturing skills and young innovators from our region 🌱, as shared by Gianfranco Marconi Innovation is the true value recognized by the market 🚀, as shared by Marco Ometto Shrinking time to market demands smarter, faster solutions in product development and digital engineering⏱️, as shared by Carlo Urbanet 💡 Soul & Ethics: The importance of a personal ethic firsthand, and reasonable regulation 🤝, as shared by Paolo Benanti Embrace AI, don’t fear it! But always maintain your humanity to avoid becoming machines 🧠❤️, as shared by Federico Faggin Big kudos to Mattia De Rosa, who has been able to spot and promote this exceptional event from Rome, gathering instant recognition as our honorary pro-loco. #AIForumTavagnacco #ArtificialIntelligence #Innovation #Ethics #DigitalTransformation #Humanity
