[UPBEAT MUSIC] Let's face it. Injuries are stressful for everyone. At the time of injury, employees may not know where to go, who to report to, or even whether medical treatment is needed. This can lead to confusion and frustration. Genex created a 24/7, 365 injury triage program, ClinicalCare24. Designed to help employees as soon as an injury occurs. When ClinicalCare24 is called, employees speak to a registered nurse who provides comfort instructions and uses nationally recognized triage guidelines to provide the employee with a recommendation for the most appropriate level of care. With bilingual Spanish speaking nurses on staff, access to a language line and relay systems for the hearing impaired, we have the needs of any injured employee covered. When self-care is recommended, detailed instructions are provided to the employee verbally with a follow up email or text. Employees are encouraged to call us back with any additional questions or concerns. And we follow up on all self-care the next day to check on their condition. Once the medical assessment is complete, our care coordinators will collect the injury detail information and when care is indicated, assist your employee in getting wherever they need to go. We can access your preferred network providers or panels following jurisdictional regulations. Telemedicine may be an option for treatment of some injuries. Employees simply provide a preferred appointment time. And the telemedicine provider will send them a link to connect with a physician using any smart device or computer with video capability. Within minutes of any ClinicalCare24 call, designated parties will receive a point of injury report documenting the call. By connecting with nurse triage at the time of injury, you ensure the right level of care, at the right time, and right setting, which results in prompt assessment by a registered nurse. Referral to care when needed. Less time away from work. Satisfied employees, reduced claim exposure. For over four decades, we have assisted employees in their journey from injury to recovery.
