Do you have knee pain? In this video, Christopher S. Warrell, M.D., an orthopaedic sports medicine specialist at Orlando Orthopaedic Center, discusses knee pain management, particularly after engaging in sports. 🤔 First Steps to Take: "If you experience discomfort in your knee after an activity, consider rest, ice, compression, elevation, and taking anti-inflammatories," recommends Dr. Warrell. 🚨 Signs to Watch For: Be attentive to symptoms such as increased swelling, new popping sounds, or instability in the knee. "If the knee is unstable, it's important to have it examined by a healthcare professional," he advises. #KneePainManagement #DrChristopherWarrell #OrlandoOrthopedicCenter #SportsMedicine
