Monday, February 19, 2024 What you can when you can You don’t have enough time to get it all done. But you always have enough time to do what you can. The clock is ticking. But then, it always is. You can fret and complain about your limited amount of time. But that will drain even more time away. Instead, go ahead and do just a little bit of what needs doing. And although it might only be a fraction, it’s a whole lot better than nothing. Then eventually you’ll have a little more time. With that time you can do a little more, and even more with the time that will surely come later. And you’ll discover that by doing what you can when you can, something amazing will happen. You’ll get it all done. — Ralph Marston

Seeking resources in dynamic governance? Sociocracy supports organizations to create highly efficient and equivalent cultures of shared power and collective decision making. While many organizations first need to deal with structural dynamics that get in the way, building these skills can catapault a commited team or organization's collective efficacy into new heights. #governance #sharedpower
About 1 month to go until the deadline. It's summer for many of us, I know. And still September will come and we all want for organizations to run better everywhere :)

𝐁𝐢𝐠 𝐠𝐨𝐚𝐥𝐬, 𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. For me, striving for growth means having a set of clear goals, the bigger the better. It's also important however to celebrate along the way, those little wins or achievements that indicate that you're on the right track. With H1 now done it's also a good time to reflect, reset, and gear up for the remainder of 2024. So here's my "report card": ✅ 3 big goals achieved ⭕ 3 making solid progress but need a bit of work ❌ 1 not achieved at all I'd have taken that back in December when I set my 2024 big goals, and I'm proud of what I've achieved so far. I'm also super excited to keep focussed on what needs to be done in H2! How's the year shaping up for you? Did you set yourself some big goals, and if so, how are you performing against them? If you didn't set any goals, what are you most proud of and want to celebrate?
