Daily Word Vitamin 💊 When we can with our hand on our heart say to ourselves ... I’m grateful I had that lesson with that person because I’m wiser, stronger and better because of it ... then we have made peace and truly forgiven ourselves and them. None of us like the emotional homework of forgiveness, it’s really challenging but so empowering when we finally get there. We forgive not to condone their poor behaviour but to gift ourselves with a wiser more peaceful future. Not easy homework, not for the faint hearted ... your forgiveness is not for them, but for your battle weary heart because you deserve more peace. Enjoy a holiday in the full 🌞 In just a few days, the school year will end and children are looking forward to summer vacation 🌞 However, warm summer days and sports 🚴 bring risks, so it is important to protect not only our children, but also ourselves 😃 Children should wear light clothing, use a high SPF cream and protect their head with a hat or cap 🧢 Attention should also be paid to annoying insects that can cause allergic reactions. Therefore, it is good to use a natural repellent in the form of essential oils or Boreliss Pro 😉 During the summer it is also very important to increase your water intake, if possible avoid sugary drinks and it is also good to supplement with minerals for example; My Blood or Electrolytes Fizzy Easy are suitable 👍 In summer, cold drinks and ice cream🍨 can cause intestinal problems, where Chlorophyll and Bactilardia are suitable prevention. Probiotics to create a suitable bacterial flora ☀️ Even during the summer, it's nice to support immunity, and vitamin C and Sun Vital children's syrup are ideal for this, all in natural form 💛 And it is no less important to talk to children about safety and supervise them 👪 I wish you a carefree summer full of great experiences! 😉🌞🌞🌞 Order 👉 https://bit.ly/3HeyCb7 #relax #holiday #duolife #weekend #thelifechange #lifestyle #enjoylife #family #uk #europe #naturalproducts #support #supportyourhealth #vitamins #kids #business #energy #drink #summer #chlorophyll #immunesystem

Introducing food to your little one can be stressful time. Here’s a little nugget on weaning! 1. Three Stages of Weaning: - Stage 1 (from 6 months): This is when you introduce solid foods for the first time. Babies are typically ready for this transition around 6 months of age. - Stage 2 (from 7 months): During this stage, you introduce more tastes and textures. It's an exciting time as your little one explores different flavors. - Stage 3 (from 10 months): By this stage, your child is ready for even more variety and can start eating with the family. 2. Types of Weaning: - Baby-Led Weaning: In this approach, you let your baby feed themselves. It allows them to explore food textures and develop independence. - Traditional or Spoon-Feeding Weaning: Here, you feed your baby using a spoon. Start with smooth foods and gradually introduce chunkier or lumpy options. - Combination Weaning: This method combines both baby-led weaning and traditional spoon-feeding. Some meals use purees, while others include solid foods. 3. Signs Your Baby Is Ready for Weaning: - Sitting Upright: Your baby should be able to sit upright and support the weight of their own head. - Good Hand-Eye Coordination: They should be able to look at food, pick it up, and put it in their mouth independently. - Avoid Mistaken Signs: Not all behaviors indicate readiness. Chewing on fists, teething, seeming hungry, or waking up at night are not reliable signs. Remember, every baby develops at their own pace, so there's no need to rush. Enjoy this exciting phase of introducing new foods! 🥕🍎🥑 #toycradle #weaning #motherhood
