So just to, you know, back up a bit, this journey is not going to be for everybody. So you have to be, you know, cautious in terms of what that is, right? So with product, maturity matters a lot. So for example, if there's a very mature product where you can put a button that says, you know. In, in a I, I'll give you a very simple example. We have a portal. The portal is already well built, it's well functioning and the customers call in, call in to asking where's my payment? Well, if you can actually put a hit that button directly in the mature product and it's only one place, you actually go build it in the product. You don't try to automate that outside of the product. However, if you if in in, in our case, for example, we have 6 platforms, well you need to build 6 buttons first then. How do you maintain those six buttons if you do that? So in that case, it's actually easy to build maybe a button outside of that portal and maybe maybe there's a 1800 number and that automation takes a different path. So that's one simple example of how your product maturity matters in the journey. Then once the product maturity and the product tech debt, all of these stuff is assessed, then you come to the use cases. And then in those use cases, you, you, you, you, you assess the use case. Based on the need, there's a true need in in our in our scenario, for example, we actually have a lot of for example, we have a process to open mail and scan the document. It well, can that be automated? You know, is there an automation function or once it's scanned in, is there an automated, is there an automation function that can actually NLP some of that stuff and put it into the system? That is a very value ad it cannot be built into the current system right now because there's nothing that exists to scan. NLP and, and all of that stuff. So that's a very valid use case. So that's how you decide on the use case. Then the ROI of the use case comes into picture. Is there one person that's doing that or is there six people that are doing that? And what else can they do if we automate this function? So all of that needs to be built in. So we will take the product maturity plus the use case plus the ROI and then you assess whether there's a need to do this. And once you do that and then you once you then automate the task. The great news. Some of the automation tools that you have in front of whether it's automation anywhere or UI path, we went into Uipath, they automatically calculate the savings behind the scenes for you. So how many times this this particular bot has run and, and how much it has yielded. And then you compare that with what has, what was the previous manual labor, you know, so to speak. And so we went from having no bots and no software to picking a software and having 65. Well, actually 65 bots end of last year and over 90 bots right now as we speak. One of the fastest implementations of UI path, you know, that they've ever had and all that was was achieved, you know, essentially we paid back this software, we paid back, you know, I think we saved about 14, 000 manual hours. So that's our other great news about the automation aspects of this, that once you have the use case and once you do it through it, you can actually measure and look back and how much it saved.
