Drilling at Laramide Resources’ Huarabagoo deposit has turned up zones of significant gold and vanadium mineralisation along with strong uranium grades.

Antipa Minerals Limited (ASX:AZY) managing director Roger Mason joins Proactive’s Elisha Newell after the explorer returned promising early results from a drilling program at the wholly owned Minyari Dome Gold-Copper Project in WA’s Paterson Province. So far, the company has completed 39 reverse circulation holes out of the 71-hole program, with initial assays from the first six holes showcasing thick zones of high-grade, near-surface #gold and #copper mineralisation. Some of the best initial results include 66 metres at 1.4 g/t gold and 0.04% copper from 118 metres in hole, with notable intersections of 17 metres at 4.4 g/t gold from 157 metres and 4 metres at 15.5 g/t gold from 168 metres. Commenting on the results, Mason noted the potential for a substantial shallow, maiden resource at GEO-01, which remains open in multiple directions. The focus has been on the Makosa East Prospect, located parallel to the main Makosa mineralised trend - this area remains outside the current resource estimate, which is currently 1.78 million ounces of gold. Latest drill results include notable intersections, such as 32 metres at 1.76 grams per tonne (g/t) gold from surface and 12 metres at 1.51 g/t gold from 40 metres. Galiano Gold Inc. (TSX: GAU) (NYSE American: GAU) provided an update on the 2023 drilling results at Abore following completion of an infill program at the Asanko Gold Mine, in Ghana, West Africa. Highlights: * 45 metres @ 12.4 g/t gold * 37 metres @ 10.6 g/t gold * 54 metres @ 3.3 g/t gold * 41 metres @ 3.3 g/t gold These results resulted in the discovery of a new high grade zone. Abitibi Metals Corp (CSE: AMQ) (OTC: AMQFF) (FSE: FW0), a sponsor of TNBR, has reported final results from its Phase 1 drilling program at the B26 Polymetallic Deposit project in Quebec, Canada. Highlights: * 9.75 m of 3.97% CuEq. * 14 m of 1.16% CuEq. * 5.8 m of 4.43% CuEq. Abitibi Metals will start Phase 2 drilling in July to expand the B26 Deposit and is considering a near-term resource update. They await results from Beschefer and a gravity survey at B26. With $17 million, they plan 16,500 meters of drilling in 2024 and 20,000 meters in 2025 for a Preliminary Economic Assessment.
