I shared a poll recently, asking about the most critical element to building trust in a business partnership. More than half of you said transparency. I agree! Transparency is more than just being straightforward; it's about being open about what is happening and letting the light shine through on your business objectives and shared goals. Long-term trust is built on a foundation of transparency, but it isn't built overnight. It starts with transparent communications, both internally and externally.
