This January marks Clear Ads turning 13 years old (a teenager) and this January we have seen the companies best month in regards to revenue. How do you keep growing after so long in business? Here's just a few of my takeaways. - Always learning & applying what you have learned - Reading as much as possible and applying the practices other people have implemented in business & personal life is what I try and do often. - Having the right people in the right seat - Got this from good to great. When you bring in the right person to the company and allow them to do what they enjoy best.... Sit back and enjoy the ride. - Put ego aside and hire smarter - I openly tell everyone in my team that they are so much smarter than I am and that's the way it should be. The best ideas come from my team and I'll always give them the credit. - Never settle - we have had our best month ever in January but that does not mean we can be complacent. The next opportunity can be presented any day and we always want to cease. - Question everything - As well as adding to what I and the team do, what can we take away is a big question we ask? What process or way we do something is now redundant and requires us to remove or reshape.
