Blue Light Capital, a national commercial real estate investment firm founded by Mike Tepedino, has announced that Needham Point Capital’s Jeremy Burton and Tristine Lim have joined the firm to lead the newly created Blue Light Credit. As part of the new venture, RoeCo Holdings LLC’s Greg Manocherian has also joined Blue Light Credit as a partner.
