Have you ever felt stranded on an island? 🏝️ The pressures of everyday life and stress at work (especially the past few years in #recruiting) have left some women feeling isolated and alone. 😞 Mina Feuerhaken experienced this same thing before joining Talent Collective. But now, she's found a community that understands and supports her. 🤝 She's not only an active member, but she's also taken her experience a step further by mentoring women and sharing the strategies that enabled her to succeed in #TalentAcquisition. 👏 Check out her testimonial. 🫶 #TalentCollective #TCCommunity #Membership #Mentorship #Networking #Learning #Development #WomenInRecruiting #WomenInTalentAcquisition #TA

Happy Monday! I hope you are feeling fulfilled as we are starting a new week. There is nothing like feeling whole in who we are. Once we complete the SWORD Inclusion System, we can use it daily. In addition, it provides a foundation to address any individual or organizational problem (area of opportunity 😊). Here are the strengths of the system: --- MAKES COMPLEX SIMPLIFIED: Inclusion can be complex. However, we take a complex topic and simplify it through daily application. --- LEVERAGES BALANCED-THINKING: We start with an exploratory method that becomes narrow in scope. We balance our thinking and approach. --- IDENTITY ADDITION: Inclusion adds to our identity. It doesn't take away. It’s just the next level in our development and our lives. I share these videos because I have used the SWORD Inclusion system for over a decade. The exciting part is that it never gets old!! Enjoy your start to the week! #joyofinclusion #inclusionexpansion #inclusionincludesyoutoo #InclusionontheSlopes #SWORDInclusionSystem #PhaseOneStrengths

Happy Tuesday! I hope you are feeling valued on this beautiful day. Within an inclusive culture, everyone knows their value and their purpose. In Phase Two: Why of the SWORD Inclusion System, we continue to iterate the value of our unique perspectives. More than anything, we create space to display that value. Here are a few examples. --- MAKE SPACE FOR CONNECTION: We allocate time to build relationships and connect, structured or semi-structured, to minimize social anxiety. --- MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS CLEAR: When we know our value, we want to share it. We communicate how we can contribute as individuals. --- MAKE FOLLOW-UP A PRIORITY: To gain positive reinforcement we follow up on our exchange. It will determine whether our efforts mattered. According to Lifeway Research, 57% of Americans question their purpose and meaning. We can’t assume that everyone knows their value. Recognition makes it clear! Enjoy the week! #joyofinclusion #inclusionexpansion #inclusionincludesyoutoo #InclusionontheSlopes #SWORDInclusionSystem #PhaseTwoWhy

Happy Thursday! I hope your week has been highly successful. Of course, success means different things to different people. In Phase Four: Review Weekly of the SWORD Inclusion System, we define success to sustain our continued efforts. The intention is to equip organizations and individuals to create inclusion in everyday life. Here are some steps to sustain inclusive success. --- SEEK OUT INCLUSION: It’s important to keep seeking opportunities for more inclusion and celebrate how it feels. --- MAKE IT A TOPIC OF INTEREST: By making it a continuous topic or a company value, it is easier to focus on. --- INCLUDE IT IN ALL ASPECTS: Inclusion is in strategy, marketing, operations, and financials because exclusion is too pervasive. The more inclusion we have, the more people which equals more success. To me, being on snow is truly heaven on earth. Why not share it!? Enjoy the week!! #joyofinclusion #inclusionexpansion #inclusionincludesyoutoo #InclusionontheSlopes #SWORDInclusionSystem #PhaseFourReviewWeekly

Happy Friday!! I wish you a splendid end to your holiday week and hope you are well. Recently, I emailed back and forth with a former client, and they mentioned how much their culture has changed because of the SWORD Inclusion system. I was overwhelmed by what they had experienced. I use the SWORD Inclusion system every day. Yet, it is something magical when others receive the value also. They mentioned that it was not what they were doing but HOW they were doing it that made all the difference. When it comes to process, it answers HOW to create inclusion. The most profound aspect is that the 'how' is authentic to each individual and the organization because it's what one does naturally, with elevation and clear direction. An inclusive culture is the how. It's the premise behind the Inclusion Expansion product offerings. As I have been seeking new clients to experience the Inclusion Expansion edition of SWORD, I recently modified my proposal with a statement. "Have a problem? Inclusion is the solution." The statement may appear bold; however, over the last twenty years of my HR/Management career, it has always been the solution, whether marketing, strategy, operations, or financial. I am inspired by what I give while being influenced by what I receive. It's food for my soul. The mutual exchange that occurs when we are inclusive is so profound that we cannot help but want to do more of it. Therefore, I invite you to continue to seek more inclusivity in your day-to-day and experience the joy it truly brings. I wish you a wonderful end to your week! #joyofinclusion #inclusionontheslopes #inclusionincludesyoutoo #strengthbasedinclusion #dailyassessment #inclusiveculture

🌼 What stories from your workplace have inspired you? At Stalwart, we have employees and clients from diverse backgrounds and lived experiences who inspire us to create and build better systems for everyone. Sometimes, a personal story of how someone's life was transformed by a day job— helping her educate a child or save up for her higher education— reminds us of how important access to work is, helping us create infrastructures that allow the same. Tell us in comments how workplace stories have transformed how you approach decision-making. #thoughtleadership #stories #humanstories #diversity #inclusion
