Wow, what a week! 💥💪 Monday saw the launch of Flourish, a new brand and concept that we’ve been working on behind the scenes for the past few months. Flourish is the new name and home for Grey Matter Learning, AC Education and MyWorkMode, so watch this space for how it’ll help transform the social care market. A huge shout out to my incredible team Sean, Jason, Rebecca and Robyn who have poured their hearts and souls into turning an idea into reality and sticking with me as we went on a huge internal transformation piece. And not forgetting Amy, Lucy and Anna who kept many other plates spinning for the rest of the brands in our group. A new brand, brand architecture, website, messaging, copywriting, collateral, strategy, launch event, PR and merch all worked on as part of this project. A special mention must also go to my brilliant colleagues who worked so so so hard on this, too many to mention but Sumita, Rachel, Phil, Peter, Eddie, Eammon, Jayne take a bow - what a team eh? 😀 So, as I take a break to grab some late Summer sun and recharge a bit, I’m pausing to reflect, because a wise women reminded me today that it’s good to look in the rear view mirror sometimes to remind yourself why you’re so tired, ‘cos we’ve achieved so much! #newbrand #branding #marketingstrategy #communications #brandidentity #rebrand #strategiccommunications #changemanagement #internalcomms
