Pros: - flexibility to make changes - freedom to be creative - no corporate overlord - no or little structure Cons: - no one to ask questions - reinventing the wheel - no or little structure Sometimes it feels a bit like the Wild West, but that's why we love it 🤠 but is that always a good thing?
