💡 https://lnkd.in/g9KiCAVM 💡 Last week I attended INTERNATIONAL MINING EVENTS LTD's The Electric Mine 2024, an energising conference that brought some of the brightest sparks in mining and equipment supply together to convene on the challenges of decarbonisation via mine electrification (i.e., replacing diesel trucks and generators with clean alternatives). One of those challenges is around change management, which we are aiming to address through a State of Play research report and Electric Mine Consortium workshop in August.
