Innovative Marketing Strategist & Inspirational Speaker | Expert in Digital Transformation & Leadership Development
I'm thrilled to share an uplifting story from within our organization. 🚀 Recently, I had the privilege of leading a workshop focused on communication skills with a team in Konecranes. We explored the essential elements of how to express ourselves better and, more importantly, how to listen. 🎧💬 The outcomes were truly remarkable. The team members not only took on the challenge with open arms but also demonstrated incredible growth. The atmosphere of support and motivation they cultivated transformed their space into a beacon of positivity and empathy. 🫶 Witnessing their confidence fly, and their unity strengthens was an absolute joy. This experience has filled me with gratitude for the trust placed in me and excitement for the future workshops we plan to continue together. It's a powerful reminder that when we support each other, there's no limit to what we can achieve. ☁️🌟 I'm curious, have you had a similar experience where enhancing communication skills transformed your team? Let's celebrate our wins and inspire each other by sharing our stories in the comments below! 🎉 #Teamwork #CommunicationSkills #GrowthMindset #SuccessStory

Today marks one year since I joined the Oben Group, and what a journey it has been! This past year has been filled with challenges that pushed me to grow, opportunities that expanded my horizons, and collaborations with some of the most talented individuals in the industry. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜'𝘃𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱: 𝗔𝗱𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗞𝗲𝘆: In the ever-evolving world of global supply and sourcing, being able to pivot quickly and efficiently has been crucial. 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀: Working closely with my team, colleagues, and connections has reinforced my belief that the best results come from diverse perspectives and strong teamwork. 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: There’s always room to refine processes, enhance communication, and push the boundaries of what's possible. It’s interesting how life works—just over a year ago, a supplier visit with Nikolas Zaidan opened this door for me, and here we are today. I couldn’t have done it without the incredible support from my team, colleagues, and everyone I work with daily. Your dedication and hard work make all the difference, and I’m grateful to be surrounded by such a talented and committed group. But as much as I've learned, I know this is just the beginning. The global landscape is constantly changing, and I’m excited to continue driving innovation and efficiency in our operations at Oben Group. Here’s to another year of growth, learning, and making an impact together! #Anniversary #GrowthMindset #Leadership #SupplyChain #ObenGroup #LearningJourney #Teamwork

Director for Communication and Marketing | Supporting business strategies through positioning, marketing and internal communication
🥳 20 Years with the Same Company - A Wise Choice or a Mistake? This month marks my 20th anniversary at Ramboll, and I have no regrets. One of my earliest and most memorable meetings was a one-on-one with Børge Rambøll, one of the company’s founders. He emphasized that as communication and marketing professionals, we have a unique responsibility to enhance collaboration across the company, leveraging our collective strength in the eyes of clients and stakeholders. His words have guided me throughout my career at Ramboll. Here’s why I’ve stayed at Rambøll for two decades: 🔵 Embracing Company Culture and People: I value our culture that appreciates precision, expertise, teamwork, and friendliness. 🔵 Leadership Integrity: My immediate leader – and the leaders I work with – exemplifies integrity, ambition, and clarity. 🔵 Shaping the Company: Together with fellow leaders and colleagues I can play my part contributing to the strategic direction of the company. 🔵 Building a Strong Brand: It's a marathon, not a sprint, in developing and nurturing an authentic brand that stands out and stands the test of time. 🔵 Raising the Bar Together: Most importantly, I get to play a role in developing talented colleagues and teams, ensuring they reach new heights individually - and not least – collectively. What keeps you at a workplace for the long haul? #whyIworkatramboll 🌟

Leader dedicated to cultivating high-performing teams with a strong focus on the development of individuals to drive successful outcomes.
Last week marked my final days with Konecranes, and I am profoundly grateful and blessed to have had the opportunity to support the East Tennessee market for the past six years. Every day, I came to work eager to embrace the culture, help, and learn from my peers and customers. My family and I will always cherish the leadership I experienced at Konecranes, as they supported us through so much over the years. I am deeply thankful for my colleagues and can honestly say I’ve had the privilege of working with some truly exceptional individuals. I’d like to share a few lessons I’ve learned from key mentors during my time at Konecranes. **Ralph Hunley** - An upset customer is an opportunity, not something to be avoided. You don’t have to come in as an expert, but you must be willing to become one. **Kurt McClain** - You set the bar; keep the standard high even when others are lowering theirs. **James Warren** - Before a meeting, pause and talk to your peers. Get to know them; the work stuff can wait five minutes. **Tim Pease** - Do what’s right even when no one is watching. **Mary Martin** - Trust your instincts; you were put in your position to do what you do best. **Tyler McKenzie** - You only need to answer what you’ve been asked. Provide enough information to be understood. **Tom Kurtz** - When you think you're prepared, keep prepping because there is something you may have missed. **Colton Byers** - If you have someone on your team who is a leader, support them and they will lead themselves. **Corey Haines** - Most of the pressure or stress you feel, you inflict on yourself. **Vasiliy Rozhik** - Your brain is more powerful than your force. **Matt Ghiloni** - Even if you’re not in the position, be willing to go above and beyond because it’s the right thing to do. **Keiran Williams** - Today’s decisions affect tomorrow’s outcomes. **Brett Lawson** - Don’t speak negatively about others; go speak with that person about your concern. **Dan Harvey** - Your team most likely knows the answer; trust them to give you the solution. **Mark Ubl** - Leadership is not always about your direct experience with someone but how you treat others. **Pete Robins** - Make your goals clear and precise. That way there’s no room for confusion. **John Dabbelt**, whom I never met, left a legacy that lives on: Your “title” must adapt to what the customer needs in the moment. Thank you all for the invaluable lessons and support. It has been an honor to work with each and every one of you in the Konecranes network. #konecranes #cranesarecool Konecranes

Writer / Optimist / Servant Leader / Quality / Controlling Specialist / Manufacturing Expertise / Experiences in Sales / Father / Husband / Lover of Life 🙂
Gratitude Friday!! The person that I would like to thank today is Carlos Huguet Sanchez. We worked together for a short time at thyssenkrupp, but his advice has had good impact on me. There are several things that have really stuck with me, although we worked together for a relatively short time. The first is on Life-Work balance. He told me one time, you should be able to finish your work on a weekly basis within 40 hours. If you don't you are not doing it correctly, or you do not have the right amount of resources. While I do not follow this rule all times even today, it is something that as a leader I try to employ within my team. The other has to deal with sunk costs. A situation of looking to sell good products within the company. There is no reason to hang onto old stock inventory that you have already written off the books when you are a manufacturer of new goods. Don't kick the can down the road, bite the bullet and take the situation for what it is, good, bad whatever, but always take a clear picture so that you can fix the situation in front of you. Even for the short time I enjoyed working with Carlos, and I still bring up these two points on a regular basis even though it has been almost 9 years since we have collaborated. In your words Carlos, I hope everything is wunderbar!! #lifeworkbalance #gratitude
