The wait behind the image In today's world we are so used to an overflow of images from unique places, incredible videos of dives and encounters that we rarely see what we can call the other side of the medal. Wild life encounters are the best experience we can ever have, but they come with a price, one that we fail at times to mention or to think about. Regardless of the different locations we may pick to travel to, wildlife is just that, wild. It should never be a guarantee and it should never be a disappointment. What does it mean? Travel and dive without expectations and be ready to capture something else, something different, something perhaps "common" but that gives us the opportunity to observe more and more and learning something new about. In other practical terms, it also means to give it time; if we are planning to observe some unique life, let's remember to book a window long enough that allows us to catch the good days in between the not so good days. But ultimately let's learn to enjoy every day for what it brings, for the moments it allows to share with others, for the experience and knowledge we can collect along the way, so that when the special happens, we really learn to appreciate it even more. Currently we are in South Africa, on a ten day sardine run, one of the most spectacular places with an incredible amount of wild life. In the next few days I will continue to post through the posts about some of the lesser shared that I feel important lessons we can learn from these encounters and trips. With Kewin Lorenzen

Sometimes, stepping away from work is exactly what you need to come back stronger. Our offsite at Jim Corbett wasn’t just about safaris and bonfires (though those were incredible). It was about pressing pause, looking at the bigger picture, and reconnecting - not just as colleagues, but as a team. Between late-night conversations, impromptu stand-up, and some serious goal-setting, I was reminded of why I love what we do. We challenge each other, we support each other, and we push forward - together. Oh, and while we may not have spotted the mighty tiger, we definitely found something just as powerful: renewed energy, fresh ideas, and a whole lot of laughter to carry us through the year ahead. It wasn’t just about the adventure, it was about strengthening the bonds that make us who we are as a team. From impromptu stand-up acts to deep-dive strategy discussions, every moment added to the spirit that fuels NoMeansNo. Cheers to the team that’s ready to take on anything! #TeamNoMeansNo #OffsiteDiaries #JimCorbett #WorkHardPlayHard #WorkBeyondTheDesk #StrongerTogether #NoMeansNo #TeamSpirit #LookingAhead Vishal Bhasin | Vipin Pachouri | Dr. Himani Goswami | Muskan Malhotra | Riya Dutta | Sidra Javed | Riddhi Gill
When the jungle meets the boardroom! Our team at NoMeansNo took a much-needed break from the hustle and headed to the wild—Jim Corbett, where the untamed wilderness met our untamed ambition. Two exhilarating safaris later, we’ve officially declared ourselves wildlife enthusiasts (and slightly obsessed with spotting that elusive tiger). But the magic didn’t end there. Between roaring bonfires and clinking glasses of wine, we deep-dived into our yearly goals and plans, fueling our commitment to grow and make an impact. This offsite wasn’t just about presentations or wildlife—it was about connection. The bonfire didn’t just warm our hands; it sparked conversations, laughter, and team spirit that will carry us through the year ahead. Here’s to a year of roaring success and more incredible experiences with this amazing team! Vishal Bhasin Vipin Pachouri Ravi Shastri Parul Kataria Sidra J. Celebrating World Swift Day! From tiny helpless nestlings in the plan of my hand to masters of the skies, they are delicate flying ballerinas 💙 We are killing off birds so fast now we might as well be doing it on purpose. How long can we go on like this, and still have birds in our world and Swifts in our skies? Swifts are threatened around the world: from the decline in insect populations to severe droughts, even loss of urban nesting sites in Europe due to renovation of human constructions (both old and new). Swifts provide free ecosystem services through their insectivorous diet, they bring joy and feeling of belonging (we know it's spring when they arrive:)), they connect people to nature & they are effortlessly beautiful & graceful. How we can help save Swifts: •Put up Swift Nest Boxes. •Incorporate Swift bricks into new build properties. •Plant wild flowers to encourage invertebrate numbers. •Submit Swift sightings to national surveys. •If you find a grounded Swift: A healthy Swift is capable of taking flight from the ground, so gebtlu pick the swift up and place it in to a secure ventilated box and contact Gabo Wildlife
