Product Innovation Director @ AUTODOC | Transforming companies through technological Innovation | E-Commerce
🎯 Diving into Strategy #8 from "11 Frameworks for Product Innovation": 𝗗𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗰𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗲 - 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗹𝗹 Innovation isn't just for the tech wizards or the folks with a bunch of degrees; it's for everyone, plain and simple. That's what we mean when we talk about making tech accessible to all. Think about it like this: what if we could make all that high-tech stuff so easy to use that anybody could get the hang of it? That's not just some pie-in-the-sky dream; it's happening. Take a company like #Zapier, for example. They've made it super easy for tons of people to get their apps to work together without having to write a single line of code. It's like they've given us all a bunch of tech superpowers without any of the homework. Making tech easy for everyone to use is a total game-changer. It's like building a fortress around your business that keeps the competition out, while at the same time giving your customers the keys to the castle. By breaking down those intimidating tech barriers, we're inviting everyone to the party – not just the folks who speak in code. #InnovationForAll #TechSimplified #UserFriendly #ZapierMagic #Strategy8 #ProductInnovation #TechAccessibility #InclusiveInnovation #NoCodeRevolution

When we launched the first version of Cuinti in January, it was really slow and frankly not that useful. But we launched it anyways - with understanding early customers on our side (Thank you!) There are many good reasons to launch quickly in an early stage startup but for us the vital part was collecting feedback for improving the models and pipeline. That's why, since the first weeks, we have had constant A/B tests running with two different models or modules competing against each other. Different training data, different parameters, etc. And here is a glimpse into our most recent A/B test: Always fascinating to me how small changes can often have huge impact in the LLM world.
