🚀 6 months at Campana & Schott – Time for a recap! 🚀 🛫 Onboarding The Start-up Camp was the perfect introduction to the CS culture, packed with valuable tips and opportunities to meet new colleagues. The buddy program was especially helpful in answering all my questions along the way. Huge thanks to my senior buddy Stanislav Kronin and my team lead Christian Kerkmann for making me feel so welcome at CS and within our team! 🙌 Team Spirit & Events CS truly excels at creating opportunities to connect and grow as a team. Some highlights include our PU PTM team trip to Munich, where we hiked, quizzed, and bonded, as well as the unforgettable CS trip to Sibenik, Croatia—four days of rafting, relaxing, and building connections. 👩💻 Personal Growth & Project Experience Campana & Schott provides opportunities to shape not just your career but also the future direction of the company. Being part of the innovation pillar in our business unit has allowed me to contribute fresh ideas on what the project management of tomorrow could look like. In 2023, rpc - The Retail Performance Company has launched the YTO program ("Young Talent Orientation") with the aim of preparing our young newcomers for their careers in the best possible way. Our YTO is an orientation program for our young talents so that they can ℹ experience our great company, ℹ experience our culture, ℹ experience the way we work, ℹ be trained in the most important skills, methods and tools, ℹ and get to know our customers and services. 🚨 This orientation period is only as good as we shape and use it. It is therefore necessary to look at the satisfaction of our YTOs from time to time and carefully adjust the program. This 1.5-day workshop has just come to an end and we clearly had fun realigning our YTO program. Thank you all for your valuable input.
