Another really insightful session with Emma Roderick and Clearing Clouds. As we've grown, we've increasingly recognised the need to define who we are and how we approach the world. Despite all feeling like we were on the same page, we could never quite find the words to describe what the business stood for. A few sessions with Emma, though, and we're really making some headway - even agreeing for once. With a defined mission and core values, we'll have a much clearer understanding of the most important areas of our business and be able to set some achievable targets to improve everything we do.
