Listening to Pete, Pat, and Matthew I keep coming back to the idea that humility goes a long way. An easily scared, defensive ego hides often behind perfectionism and the downstream procrastination that comes with it. Can easily cause self-centeredness + mental rigidity which often lead to uninspiring leadership and stalling self-development. Makes it easy to fall into the traps of cognitive bias and poor self awareness (which the 5 minute journal can help improve!) and so many more or the pitfalls you went over. Staying humble enough helps accept these things happen (yes, even to us!) helps us recognize when it does happen, and to not be too hard on ourselves because hey, we're human and make mistakes. Makes that ONWARD mental state easier to fall into.

A massive thank you to NTU Enterprise for hosting such an outstanding event! It was exceptionally well-organized, and each session offered valuable insights that I found highly beneficial. The Branding Workshop by Hana was fantastic. Thank you Hana Ragaii , it provided an informative and interactive exploration of the importance of branding, highlighting key strategies that I had not considered before. The session was not only educational but also engaging and fun, making the learning experience memorable. Lastly, I would like to express my appreciation for the LinkedIn session with Katrina Starkie . It was extremely helpful, offering practical hacks and tips on how to make my account stand out. I gained a deeper understanding of how to leverage LinkedIn for professional growth and networking.
