THE RIGHT OPTION TO LEARN THE ABCs BOXING & EMOTIONAL CONTROL
𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗣𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗡𝗼. 6. From the Combat Position, the legs are flexed well "set" to the most effective low point. The right foot begins a turn on its front part, turning the right heel outward, chaining the hip and torso, which will rotate counterclockwise, transmitting chains of force to the right shoulder. From this position, the arm takes a curvilinear posture and the right hand moves through the center of the body in an upward direction and in an arc until it impacts the Tall Mascot 6 (Chin) and simultaneously, the knees are raised quickly further enhancing the blow. The direction of the blow is apparently to the chin, but it is essential to conscientiously avoid direct contact. Subsequently and very quickly, we return to the Combat Position. Each attack dispenses with a defensive position, by the opposing hand that is placed firmly on the other side of the jaw and thus gives protection to the chin. From the left-handed position it would be the opposite.
