I haven’t heard a podcast for a while that wows me so much in this Mumbrella interview, featuring Nike former CMO Greg Hoffman. Every word this legendary marketer utters resonates. For marketer out there who need a bit of inspo and spur, this podcast won’t disappoint. My key take-aways: 1. “Cultural relevance and customer affinity is EARNED” - Looking at all the companies that are customer obsessed and have a massive community, I’ve noticed - oh yeah- there is that pattern to it. 2.
