I launched use your words three weeks ago. the amount of inbound interest has been incredible. we fully booked Feb and only have avails for one or two March kickoffs [with a few proposals outstanding]. the thesis for this studio is proving to be a reality, independent of industry, company size, and stage. everyone I've spoken to seems to understand the need to refine the story they are telling — to better resonate with customers and candidates. last night, Delian Asparouhov tweeted: "i've had 5 different founders tell me they are dissatisfied with how they're telling their company story publicly and how the lack of a great public story is impacting their ability to recruit all in the last 48h fascinating how much of a priority it's become for folks..." Jackson Dahl asked me what our ideal client/project is and it seems to be two-fold: 1. launches — 0 to 1 is the most fun and full of optimism and energy 2. series A & B companies — with some experience in the market, they have learned what definitely isn't working, and understand the value in doing the work beyond that, more analytical founders tend to have an easier time coming to grips with the fact that this may not be what they're best at (and that that's not an indictment of their ability to lead). something I did not expect was how therapeutic the work we do together is for the client — a "safe space" to let their guard down, to not have to pump the vision, and own their blind spots and uncertainties.

Over the past three weeks, I've dedicated myself to diving deep into Open Financial Technologies to comprehend the landscape and create a sustainable revenue growth strategy. Quick context 👇🏽 This year I applied for the GrowthX® membership, did the working session & received an acceptance email. During the immersion, I spent the first five weekends learning the science & different levers of revenue growth. The next 3 weeks were exponential 💙 I was part of a team of product managers, founders, marketers & leaders. Our goal was to create a revenue-led growth strategy for Open Financial Technologies and scale it from ₹80 Cr to ₹200 Cr. How did we do it? 🛠 We spoke to the team at Open Money, did 100s of user calls & understood the product and market. Next, we built the growth model to identify the core levers to revenue. Then came the challenging part 🙇🏻♂️ We deeply diagnosed each problem - from user acquisition → onboarding → retention → upsell/cross-sell → monetization. We then scoped the solutions & prioritized them. Legit built marketing campaigns & execution-level scoping for new product features. Everything we’ve built has complete clarity & is literally executable the next Monday morning. Did I expect this journey to be easy? 🤔 Nope, not at all. Was it worth it? 💯 100% yes. I am now a different person. Not just professionally & how I solve for growth in my org but also the kind of people I’ve surrounded myself with. The bond I built with my team (who were complete strangers before GrowthX) is priceless.
