The BizBash event in Las Vegas was a great hit! We had the opportunity to share our Event Management Software with many new event planners. Our partner Coffee House Industries shared their booth with us and provided a lot of fun and handed out S'mores M&Ms making the campground effect complete.

A common misconception about working with Planwell is that we’re *always* on-site at our customers’ events. Most of the time, the opposite is true. 👀 For example, the week of June 3rd, Planwell supported six different events (a mix of trade shows and summits), but we only had teammates on-site at two of those six events. This is because we handled all logistical tasks — think speaker communications, ancillary event planning, booth logistics, food & beverage, room block management, venue specs — remotely well before the week of the 3rd. Everything was ready to go the week of, and our job was just to be a phone call away to handle any last-minute pivots. Of course, we’re always happy to travel, but we’ve found that for many events, it’s not essential. The same goes for solo event marketers. I always encourage to enable your sales team to attend events so you don't have to be at every one. #eventplanning #eventmarketing
