AI in Sales: Hero or Villain? 🦸♂️ vs 🦹♀️ Is AI saving the day in sales, or is it secretly plotting to replace us all with robots? 😅 Let’s break it down! - Hero Side: AI handles the boring stuff—data entry, scheduling, and “did they open my email yet?” It’s like having a superpower that helps you understand leads better and close deals faster. - Villain Side: But…too much AI can feel a bit like talking to a bot. Is it still personal if it’s your 100th “personalized” email of the day? So, what do you think - is AI the sidekick we’ve always needed or just a little too robotic for comfort? Let’s hear your take! #aiinsales #salesautomation #datamanagement #leadgeneration

From "This isn’t for us" to our lifesaver ✨ When I first heard about Gorgias AI agent my immediate thought was: "This isn’t for us .I worried it would feel cold, impersonal, or robotic. Our warm, family-friendly tone of voice is what makes Wildride… well, Wildride. And I wasn’t willing to compromise on that. But curiosity got the better of me. I started reading more about Gorgias AI agent and thought: "Why not give it a chance?" I'm first to admit: I know very little about 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗔𝗜. So, I’m doing what I always do—ask dealers what’s actually working. Had this conversation with a California dealer. Me: “So, are you doing anything with AI right now?” Dealer: “Yeah, we started testing one a few months ago.” Me: “How’s it working out?” Dealer: “Better than I expected. We’ve seen about a 30% increase in appointments.” Me: “No kidding. What’s driving that?” Dealer: “It’s all in the follow-up. AI is handling tasks my team used to miss—and it does it faster than we ever could.” Me: “What tool are you using?” Dealer: [Names vendor] If you’re curious and want an intro to the dealer or vendor, just let me know—I’m happy to connect you. If you’ve had success with AI in your store, DM me let’s compare notes.

I'm still skeptical about how usable autonomous AI agents will be for the average person in the long run. I consider myself a pretty tech-savvy person (hehe, it’s in the brand), and I truly live, breathe, and absorb AI-related information daily. But there’s one aspect I keep getting hung up on: to get real value from autonomous agents, you still need to articulate the logic they should follow—and that can be harder than it sounds. I see this all the time in corporate settings, where people high up on the org chart can’t always articulate the detailed steps that go into producing a finished product. Watching my husband use Power Automate reminds me of this gap; he’s constantly building complex workflows with multiple branches and decisions. It works, but only because he knows exactly what each step requires. It’s all very “If this happens, then do that... unless this happens, in which case, do something else entirely!” For autonomous agents, even simple tasks like managing emails from VIP clients involve a series of nuanced decisions that need to be spelled out in advance. You’d have to: Define “VIP”—who qualifies, based on domains, keywords, or sender names. Set criteria for how urgent emails are flagged versus routine ones. Draft specific response templates for different types of inquiries. Decide how and when to escalate an issue and specify who’s notified. Each step requires translating the assistant’s natural intuition and knowledge into logic that AI can follow. While these agents hold a lot of potential, there’s a gap between the intuition we bring to our work and the explicit logic an AI needs to operate. And I wonder how many people will find bridging that gap as straightforward as it sounds on paper. The power is there—but for the average person to “get it” quickly? That might take longer than we think. #TechSavvyAssistant #ExecutiveAssistant #AIForAdmins #AutonomousAgents
