I think there are a couple of things about this that are interesting. And they both mean a change to the way businesses talk people tech. 👇 First, it seems pretty clear that communication has to be a part of this. When you (HR leaders) make decisions about HR tech, how are you engaging your key stakeholders? How are you bringing them on that journey? The 65% of CEOs who don't feel confident are clearly not bought in all the way. If this is your CEO, consider what you can do to show how your tech is aligned to those bigger goals. (Need help? The second thing this shows is a potential lack of confidence from HR leaders in their own tech strategy. This can happen for a lot of reasons - in a recent poll, we discovered that the biggest fear when it comes to selecting a new platform is getting it wrong. As you know, selecting a new piece of software for your business can be daunting and the cost of getting it wrong can be massive. But you don't actually have to go it alone. Consultancies (like Silver Cloud 👋) can give you deeper insights into the market, guide the process to make sure you consider everything important and even help you manage the vendor relationships so you can keep getting important work done alongside that project.
