Don’t make content strategy such a big deal. 🤷🏼♀️ I mean don’t get so buried in and focused on creating an air tight strategy that you get frozen and stop publishing content. There’s another way. Slow down, pause things that you know aren’t working, and focus on updating and repurposing, while chipping away at these strategic things over time: 🔹Defining your 3-4 top value buyers (and stop writing for the others) 🔹Refining your differentiator (so you can be unique) 🔹Figuring out your repurposing strategy (so you can repeat your message and get 10x roi on good content) 🔹Deciding your distribution and promotion strategy (to maximize eyeballs) 🔹Creating social strategy (for massive brand awareness) 🔹Defining your brand voice and tone (so you always sound like you) 🔹Figuring out your content creation process - a PM tool (to minimize friction and get sh!t done) 🔹Settling on a measurement strategy (to see the value) 🔹Defining your tools approach including AI (to boost quality, speed, scale) It’s ok. You don’t need your strategy to be perfectly buttoned up (now or ever). Go for progress not perfection. And treat your strategy like a living document.
