Yet another great addition to Juniper’s GTM/sales leadership team, Hope’s brand is very strong in the networking industry - her relationship capital, domain expertise, and track record in the channel will amplify Juniper’s success as they continue to increase market share in the enterprise. TMG is thrilled to have led this search. Speaking about Channel Talent - I’m excited to announce that TMG has doubled our efforts and increased our focus by launching a Channel & Partner Search Practice. This specialized practice will overlay across our Networking, Infrastructure, Cyber Practice. Our focus continues to be executive search & GTM (team builds). 1) Channel Chiefs for OEM’s – this includes sales leaders across all routes-to-market within the partner-ecosystem: co-leading: Cam Millard with SME’s Nancy Nash and Christine Miller. 2) Solutions Providers – focus on CRN Top 500 (VARs, MSP, MSSP, Cloud, Data Center, Distribution, ISP, telco) Co-leads: Haley Lomax and Margo Jenkins, with MSSP (SME) Nancy Nash and Public Sector with Christine Miller. Active searches: CEO, CRO, Head of Sales, 2 Board Searches. The entire channel is undergoing significant transformation driven by evolving tech landscapes, shifting customer demands, and emerging cybersecurity threats. Investors and C-suites that can pivot and modernize their companies and investments will win, and win big, those that don’t will struggle. Circling back to Juniper - for 2 years, TMG has successfully led multiple searches across GTM including Chief Revenue Officer, SVP Sales, VP of US SLED, Head of Global Security Sales & GTM, Area Vice President Sales and most recently, Director Sales, Americas Channel Chief.
