On August 30, I had the privilege of attending the “Consultative Meeting on Climate Adaptation Resourcing for India” in #Mumbai, organized by the #Ministry_of_Environment_Forest_and_Climate_Change (MoEFCC) in partnership with #NABARD, #UNDP and #GCF. It was an engaging discussion with participants from various sectors, all focused on addressing India's financing needs for climate adaptation. I was joined by my colleague, Pragya Bhatt Mamgain, who delivered an insightful presentation on the ecosystem approach to increasing investments in climate adaptation and also talk about #NLRP. Her perspective on integrating ecosystem services into adaptation strategies sparked some great conversations. A special thanks to my organization GGGI India for proviidng this wonderful opportunity to participate and contribute to such an important dialogue.
