Many B2B companies struggle to find the right audience, burning hours and resources that could be better spent growing their business. Here's how to turn the tide and spark meaningful connections on LinkedIn: 1. Laser-focus your targeting: Ditch the generic approach. Instead of broad industry lists, craft hyper-specific lists based on your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Think specific job titles, company sizes, and even industry sub-niches. 2. Craft a compelling profile: Headline power: Showcase your value proposition clearly and concisely in your headline. Are you a B2B software growth hacker? A revenue-boosting marketing consultant? Let your expertise shine through. Content is king: Fill your profile's featured section with content that speaks directly to your target audience. Share insightful articles, case studies, or even short videos demonstrating your problem-solving prowess for B2B software companies. 3. Engage, don't sell: Skip the generic "connect" requests. Personalize your outreach by mentioning something specific about their company or a recent post you found interesting. Focus on conversation, not conversion. Instead of pushing your services immediately, discover their needs first. Do they struggle with time management, lead generation, or scaling their client base? 4. Tailor your message: Craft outbound sequences that directly address their unique pain points. Demonstrate how your solutions can solve their specific challenges and quantify the impact you can make on their bottom line. Remember: Success on LinkedIn doesn't happen overnight. It requires strategic planning, targeted outreach, and genuine engagement. Want to boost your LinkedIn game? I help you get clients through content and design | Your personal brand + my strategies = more leads | Built my LinkedIn brand from 0 to 10,000+ in less than a year
My outreach strategy that never goes wrong (I use it to secure high-ticket leads for my clients) Here’s the step by step breakdown 1. Defining your ICP: -Focus high-ticket spending sectors -Look for businesses that are expanding or launching new products -Identify decision-makers (CEOs, CMOs, and other high-level executives) 2. Geographic targeting: -Focus on countries with active business sectors -Identify tech hubs and business centers within these countries 3. Industry & role segmentation: -Use LinkedIn filters -Narrow down your target audience further -Segment your target audience by industry and role 4. Outreach: -Conduct research on each potential client -Understand their recent news, challenges, and goals -Tailor your outreach messages to address their pain points -Emphasize how your services can help them achieve their goals 5. Get feedback and track performance: -Analyze responses, both positive and negative -Ask for feedback from declined leads -Refine your approach 6. Pipeline integration: -Keep your leads organized -Track leads throughout the sales pipeline -Keep track of follow-ups, meetings, and negotiations. What to expect from the above process? -Expect a response rate of 5-15% from cold outreach. -Approximately 20-50% of respondents may be qualified leads. -A conversion rate of 10-25% from qualified leads to clients is reasonable. -High-ticket sales can take weeks or months to close. Be patient. -Expect to refine your strategy based on feedback. The average timeline It takes to close clients: -Research & list creation: 3-5 days -Initial outreach: 2 weeks -Follow-ups & engagement: 4 weeks -Proposal & negotiation: 2-6 weeks -Closing: 1-4 weeks The CTA is not good write something like this Closing in Dm’s is a long process, when done rightly: -Better acceptance rate -More deals closed P.S What strategies do you follow while reaching to your ICPS? ------------------------------------------------------- I help founders and coaches scale their business thorugh personal branding and content creation.
