"renovating..." that's made me feel old on a Monday afternoon, as it seems only a short time ago when regularly visiting Houston and some staff were relocated to the buildings with construction on-going, then the site was complete and a pleasure to visit. Here I am in a village outside Cambridge and a nearby building is having the wattle and daub renovated - it was built in 16th Century though!

What an amazing project to be apart of. I was lucky enough to work on both the central utility plant and oversee the energy center.

Exciting news, love the architecture of the building. I hope to photograph it from a new perspective one day. Architectural Specialist and Brand Creator Photographer, Richard L. Muniz richard@richardmuniz.com

Company was very short sighted when it built the campus. It was outdated before the construction was completed.

Mechanical contractors, keep KURITA in mind when you’re looking for a HVAC water treatment subcontractor for this awesome project!

I wonder which areas of the industry they are targeting for research at this location. There's certainly no shortage of talent here in Houston!

I assume this is due to Exxon moving its research centers from the northeast.
