I have been asked severally in public and private discussions on why I love the Remote work concept, so here are my thoughts. Remote work has been a transformative experience for me in my previous job roles. It offers the flexibility to structure my day in a way that suits my personal and professional needs. Whether it’s starting the day with a peaceful morning routine, enjoying a home-cooked lunch, or taking a midday break for a walk, it allows me to blend work and life in a harmonious way and for the fact thay I a homely person. One of the greatest benefits has been the extra time saved from not commuting mostly when you live a place where public road are not really good and spaced enough for heavy traffic. It means more time for deep work, creativity , and even hobbies that I’m passionate about (Playing games sometimes to cool off 😆). It’s not just about convenience; it’s about being able to focus on what truly matters and being more present in my everyday life. Additionally, remote work has taught me the importance of communication and staying connected with my team, even from a distance. It’s amazing how technology enables us to collaborate and maintain strong relationships, regardless of where we are. Overall, remote work has given me a sense of autonomy and balance, making me more productive and fulfilled. It's a journey of self-discovery and growth, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to embrace this new way of working.
