Even at $200/hr, some of my #Upwork clients give me projects outside of my area of expertise. Why? Vast majority of freelancers are awful. So when they find somebody who does good work, they're willing to pay them rather than go through the pain of hiring another. There are many freelancers on the platform who know how to do this or that. There are very few freelancers who are nice to work with. Honestly? I think soft skills are about 60-70% of your success as a freelancer.
