In the last few weeks, I have spent considerable time leading training sessions for our existing teams and new joinees. These sessions are sacrosanct to Sharmilee Kapur and me, and we have been conducting them from the start due to our hands-on leadership style. Orientations for new joinees, as well as refreshers for our existing team members, have been key to creating seamless experiences at Atmantan Wellness Centre These sessions help us to: 👉 Reinforce not just what we do but why we do it. Over time, it’s easy to get so caught up in daily tasks that we forget the deeper purpose and stop evolving. 👉 Demonstrate the impact of individual actions by discussing real client case studies. 👉 Review existing work processes to see if they need to adapt to changing needs. We actively involve the team in these discussions, as they are the ones leading them. 👉 Reconnect the team with our shared purpose, often sparking those “a-ha” moments of clarity and motivation. We believe the beauty lies in the details, and it’s vital to consistently reinforce, revisit, and realign our approach.
