Problem-Solving Abilities: They must have the ability to identify and resolve issues, such as damaged goods or supply chain disruptions, supplier invoice queries, pack sizes. Physical Fitness: The job may involve lifting and moving heavy items, so physical fitness is often required. Education and Training: High School Diploma or Equivalent: Many warehouse specialist positions require at least a high school certificate, diploma business studies, accounting or equivalent.
