Task 2- Immerse yourself in the Fundraising Department and learn the art of securing financial resources for social initiatives with minimum target of Rs 1000 for COC. (Time period for this task is full 1 Month ie. 30 Days of your Internship). Task 3- Participate in atleast 2 initiatives like tree planting, feeding stray animals, etc. Experience the fulfilment of contributing to positive change. 4th Week- Learn the power of communication by preparing one minute of sharing your experience about the topic given by your team leader in the weekly meeting OR Live workshop session by an Industry Professional. #NOTE- More details will be given during the induction. "Why are you volunteering? It's a waste of time." These lines were said by one of my classmates. She might have asked this because it held for two days straight for long hours. Recently I volunteered at our campus recruitment event -"Naukri Mela 2024" and yes it was definitely advantageous. We know whenever we participate or contribute in any event , we tend to gain confidence, develop organisational skills, experience, bear responsibilities, and many more. "The autodidact personality gets activated and apogee of apotheosis can be bought closer." For me, it was a remarkable experience. We also communicated with seniors to gain valuable knowledge so it was worth attending the event. Also I honed my organisational skills by helping to coordinate the same. Here are some key takeaways 📌 Bearing responsibilities 📌 Communication skills 📌 Organising and managing the event 📌 Learnt from seniors' experiences 📌 Spread more networks with seniors 📌 Understood various recruiting processes for different companies.
