Our VP of Product, Raja Gopal, took our recent leadership meeting to the next level. These fake tattoos share a powerful message: Love the Problem, Not the Solution. This guiding principle was inspired by Brad D. Smith's insightful post on creating a culture of customer obsession. “An organization must fall in love with the customers’ problem, and not the company’s solution.” (Link to the full article in the comments) Our tattoos may fade, but our dedication to 1.5 million givers and 70,000+ organizations is here to stay. Together, we make the world better. Here's to more empathy, innovation, and unwavering commitment to solving real problems and doing more good together!
