Are you a future Fellow of the Learned Society of Wales?
Are you interested in being part of a unique community of experts across the fields of science, humanities, arts and public services?
All our Fellows have two things in common: a connection to Wales and an outstanding contribution to the world of learning. We have over 700 elected Fellows representing excellence in their fields and we harness their expertise to champion research, contribute expertise and promote learning and debate.
Nominations for election to Fellowship in 2025 are now open. If you would like to be considered for nomination, please consider joining one of the following online sessions to find out more.
These sessions will provide information on what the Fellowship is, what the route to nomination is and what is required of a nominee. Existing Fellows and LSW staff will deliver the sessions and there will be an opportunity to ask questions. Attending does not oblige you to put yourself forward as a nominee.
Session 1: 9 August. 9am-10am. https://lnkd.in/ed4bedAw
Session 2: 12 August. 4pm-5pm.

Here are some key facts:
- You don’t have to be a Professor or academic: take a look at our ‘Industry, Commerce, The Arts and Professions’ category.
- We are committed to Equity, Diversity and Inclusion and making our Society more welcoming and inclusive.
- Your nomination must be submitted by a current Fellow; we can help with this if you want to be considered.
Congrats, friends. So well deserved.
