Booth of the Month: A Masterclass in Design Excellence At Publiganda, we regularly showcase best practices in designing booths that stand out, captivate audiences, and make a lasting impact This month, we focus on the exceptional AICA Indonesia booth at the Building Technology Expo in Indonesia, a true example of how to draw visitors in and create a memorable experience. The AICA Indonesia booth's success lies in three strategic elements: ° A Bold Centerpiece to Spark Curiosity: Center your booth around an eye-catching focal point—in this case, The Tree. This striking feature draws immediate attention and invites visitors to explore further. ° Product Display that Inspires: Showcase products in a meaningful, innovative way. Here, the column of The Tree is crafted from AICA’s HPL Purecore, seamlessly integrating the product into the design. ° Light as a Spotlight: Clever use of lighting highlights the materials, enhancing their natural brilliance and ensuring the product takes center stage. Stay tuned as Publiganda continues to share insights and strategies for creating booths that not only attract attention but also leave a profound impact. #publiganda #boothconstruction #design Spotted at: Building Techology Expo in Indonesia Exhibitor: AICA Indonesia Booth design & execution: Kingsmen Indonesia

PT Fujitec Elevators & Escalators Indonesia, a group company of Fujitec Co., Ltd., delivered 19 modernized #elevators to the 48-story Wisma 46 office building in central Jakarta, Fujitec announced in October. Shaped like a fountain pen and built in 1996, Wisma 46 is one of Jakarta's most iconic office buildings. #Fujitec, which was the first Japanese #verticaltransportation (VT) company to expand overseas in the 1960s, provided the tower's original VT system. Modernized to maintain safety and enhance functionality, Wisma 46's elevators are Fujitec Indonesia's first to include the EZSHUTTLE destination-dispatch system, which assigns #elevator cars to passengers automatically based on their destination floors. The company's many high-rise and largescale projects delivered in Indonesia in the 1980s and 1990s are now up for modernization. #EWI #elevatorindustry #internationalnews

🪵From Wood to Web with TimbeReality🌐 Throughout the year, my team has been visiting timber companies across KL, Selangor, Perak, Penang, Johor, Negeri Sembilan, Pahang, Terengganu and Kelantan. We shared about TimbeReality and how they can leverage on virtual tours as an immersive 360° presentation. For us, engagement trips like this are important for us to understand our customer's pain points, build stronger relationships, and tailor our solutions to meet their specific needs. We gained valuable insights into their challenges and aspirations, enabling us to enhance our offerings for the timber industry. TimbeReality is an ongoing digital transformation initiative by Actsugi and the Malaysian Timber Council - MTC. It highlights the virtual showrooms and factories, while displaying quality furniture and timber products from their TIMB3R Design Incubator Programme. Here's a photo with both teams on an engagement visit to the East Coast. #Storytelling #DigitalTransformation #VirtualReality #VirtualTour #TimbeReality

𝗥𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗮𝘀 𝗫𝗜𝗩 𝗞𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗺𝗮 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘆 Following up on my previous post, let's delve deeper! The Logo wasn't merely a visual imagery, it was a story reflecting KAGAMA's core values; 𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘨𝘪, 𝘬𝘦𝘮𝘢𝘫𝘶𝘢𝘯, 𝘬𝘦𝘣𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘴𝘢𝘢𝘯 & 𝘐𝘯𝘥𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘪𝘢 𝘌𝘮𝘢𝘴. --- 🏢𝗝𝗮𝗸𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗮: 𝗔 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗢𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗹-𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗹 Jakarta's dynamic transformation inspired our design's contemporary and progressive aesthetic. However, the heart of the logo lies in the Ondel-Ondel. This symbol, steeped in Jakarta's heritage, embodies the unwavering dedication of Betawis's ancestors. It becomes a fitting representation of Ibu Pertiwi, symbolizing Indonesia's noble values and resilience. Additionally, the Ondel-Ondel captures the spirit of synergy, highlighting the collective effort and progress of a united community. ✊🏻𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝗳𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲 & 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗺 𝗶𝗻 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀 This logo transcends heritage; it's about unity. Upward lines symbolize progress, while converging arrows represent synergy. The Monas monument, Betawi ornaments, and the Ondel-Ondel crown showcase Indonesia's rich tapestry. The color palette reflects "Indonesia Emas" aspirations – ambition, prosperity, and optimism. Read more below #LogoDesign #VisualIdentity #Branding

𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗕𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁 | 𝗠𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗮 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗕𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 At Meinhardt Indonesia, we believe that the strength of our designs and solutions comes from the bonds we build within our team. 💪💡 We took a break from the projects and deadlines to focus on something equally important—each other. Our team bonding wasn’t just about getting out of the office; it was about creating lasting connections, sharing a few laughs, and reminding ourselves why we’re stronger together. In the world of engineering, construction, and architecture, collaboration is everything. It’s not just the structures we design that need a solid foundation—our teamwork is the backbone of every successful project we deliver. Seeing everyone step out of their work roles and into a space of fun, trust, and camaraderie was a beautiful reminder of how teamwork goes beyond our daily tasks. Whether we’re brainstorming new designs or enjoying time outdoors, every moment strengthens our ability to deliver outstanding results for our clients. Thank you to each and every team member for bringing your passion and energy into everything we do, both in and out of the office. 🙌 Let’s carry this momentum forward as we continue to build amazing things—together! 🚀 What’s your favorite memory from the outing? Envisioned as a "Forest City" with 75% green areas, Nusantara, Indonesia's planned new capital city aims to serve as a model for sustainable urban living both in Indonesia and globally. Jakarta, the bustling metropolis and current capital, has long been the epicenter of the nation's economic and cultural activities. However, the city grapples with endemic pollution, flooding, and overcrowding. To address these challenges, the country is embarking on an ambitious project to build the new capital city 1,000 miles away. Part of the city's development includes the design and construction of a presidential palace with a 50-megawatt solar plant and a façade featuring a Garuda bird, the symbol of Indonesia, with a wingspan of 117 meters. PT Wijaya Karya and the Join Operational team are responsible for the design and build of the sprawling complex. They processed nine hectares of aerial site data to create the design and 3D model of the project. Bentley software enabled the team to review all elements of the site together, detecting and correcting clashes in the process. Using digital modeling helped lower costs and the amount of rebar needed by 138.8 tons, while also accelerating design by 33 days and determining ways to lower ongoing energy use. This project, a 2024 Going Digital Award finalist, aims to set a benchmark for green construction and smart city development, showcasing Nusantara and ensuring environmental sustainability. #bentleysystems #itwins #itwin #digitaltwin #digitaltwins #ai #iot #itwiniot #infrastructureiot

Fuchsia speaker tag is destiny😅🙂 In today’s rapidly urbanizing world, the role of architecture extends beyond aesthetics. It is about creating solutions that are sustainable, resilient, and beneficial for the environment. The Green Building Index (GBI) is Malaysia’s commitment to this vision. Green advocacy is essential in ensuring that GBI’s principles are integrated into the very fabric of our development practices. It’s about more than energy efficiency—it’s about building a legacy of responsibility and stewardship. Through GBI, we are not just designing structures; we are shaping cities that prioritize environmental health, community well-being, and long-term economic viability. When we advocate for green design, we are advocating for a better future—one where buildings contribute positively to the ecosystem, enhance biodiversity, and support healthier lifestyles. Together, let’s make sustainable design the norm and ensure our cities thrive for generations to come. #GreenBuildingIndex #Sustainability #UrbanDevelopment #FutureCities #SustainableArchitecture #GreenDesign #GBI #EnvironmentalStewardship #ResilientCities #Malaysia #ArchitectsOfTomorrow Green Legacy Johor
