5moHaven’t had a claim n 10 years. Keys are, 1: know and understand your contract inside and out. 2: identify issues early. 3: be clear, open and transparent with your costs and communication. 4: keep the fluff out, know what you’re entitled to and don’t add nonsense into the claim. Probably a few that I’m missing, but that’s pretty much the main ones that keep us from having a claim
