Once I made like one or two appointments and I saw how how kind of how the rhythm works, I then started to create goals or KPI's for myself. So I would say, OK, you are going to spend this solid hour just making calls on this solid hour and you have to get one appointment. The goal is to get one appointment per day. If you make more than one appointment, you're exceeding your goal. And that was just what I did. I just made sure I made at least one appointment to get to where I wanted to.
