And the BAFTA goes to… The brilliant people who organised, presented and attended yesterday’s RGER Live event at BAFTA 195 Piccadilly. I spent an incredibly inspiring day with Reward Gateway, exploring the Employee Experience Pyramid and navigating the path to employee appreciation, to support organisational growth. The day was filled with inspiring, super honest and thought-provoking discussions, and so many takeaways (ideas, not food, however lunch was delicious). 🌱 Today’s curious kids are tomorrow’s innovators and leaders. 🧒 This week, we had the unique pleasure of welcoming a very special guest to our depot, Séaghdha, a very bright and knowledgeable 5-year-old! 🚊 By opening our doors to young minds, we aim to inspire the next generation and show them the exciting possibilities that lie ahead. Our little visitor got a first hand look at what we do, from using the driver simulator to making an announcement on the tram. 💡 This experience wasn’t just fun for our young guest, who has a fantastic knowledge of the network; it was a reminder for all of us about the importance of curiosity, creativity, and continuous learning, which aligns with our values: We Care, We Commit, We Imagine. #KeolisAmey #KeolisAmeyMetrolink #Metrolink #MovingGreaterManchester #KAMvalues 

🍦 Last week, we had an amazing time celebrating Manchester Pride across our KeolisAmey Metrolink depots. An ice cream van popped up to surprise and delight our colleagues, adding a sweet touch to the festivities. 📰 We also released a special edition of Toot Toot, our colleague newspaper, featuring inspiring LGBTQ+ stories and features. 🏳️🌈 The celebration continued as we proudly took part in the Pride parade with our friends at Transport for Greater Manchester. Wow, I can’t believe it’s been 7 years since I left Selfridges or as we loved to call it, the Big Yellow Box, Selfos or Sellies? Time flies! But you know what? Leaving a business doesn’t mean leaving behind the amazing friends and memories we made. Those bonds we formed through the ups and downs, the challenges, and the victories are what really make our professional journeys special. These connections go way beyond the workplace, turning into lifelong friendships that just keep getting better.
