Last week I had an insightful discussion at the annual Chevron Netherlands Governance Summit 2023 about the importance of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices in the energy industry. During our conversation with Chevron, I had the opportunity to present together with my colleagues Sanjita Das and Jurian Schutte on the topic of Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure (CSRD). I discussed the significance of transparent reporting on ESG metrics and the benefits it brings to both companies and stakeholders.
