How should your clothes fit for a Job Interview? Avoid any clothes or shoes that don't fit well. Wearing clothes that are too tight or too loose can be very uncomfortable, causing you to be distracted through your interview. Whether your jacket is too small or pants are too baggy, you can appear unprepared. Aim for several staple pieces in your size, like slacks, dress shoes, shirts, and jackets, and don't be afraid to bargain shop for gently used clothing if you are on a budget. #onabudget #clothes #apparel #tip #JobInterview #LdnOnt #ForestCity #JobInterviewTip #DressCodetip

Rules of Thumb: Job Interview Attire **It's always better to be slightly over-dressed than under dressed** Men - if you're doing a job interview on-site, it never hurts to wear a button-down shirt, with a blazer. Keep a tie in your inside blazer pocket just in case you see people walking into the office beforehand wearing a tie). Ladies - Here are some recommendations from women in the workplace: "Usually dress slacks, blouse and/or jacket or cardigan." "Blazer with a top underneath that covers mid & neckline, plus slacks - or - tailored pants/skirt at knee or below. Low heels or flats." "Dress tastefully like you're going to church or a funeral." If you're still not sure ... it certainly never hurts to ask your recruiter or the hiring manager!

🕴️ Dress to Impress - What to Wear to an Interview? Feeling comfortable and confident in what you wear to a job interview can make a massive difference. Your qualifications and work experience do matter, but so does making a strong first impression with what you wear. Knowing how to dress appropriately demonstrates your professionalism and readiness. Before I started at Gray & Associates, I was once told I was the best dressed candidate they had seen in a long time. Curious, I asked what others had worn... They mentioned slogan t-shirts, ripped jeans, and dirty shoes. 🥲 I'm not saying we all need to be suited and booted, but it's always best to ask your agency about the dress code for your interview. You wouldn't want to turn up in casual clothes if the dress is smart business, or the other way around. ✅ Smart business when needed. ✅ Casual professional for relaxed settings. ✅ Always clean and presentable! What are your thoughts or experiences on interview attire? #InterviewTips #ProfessionalAttire #CareerGrowth
