Global African Hydrogen Summit’s Post

Last week I had the privilege of presenting at the Global African Hydrogen Summit as a member of the EU-Namibia Youth Sounding Board. My presentation focused on career opportunities for youth in Namibia’s green hydrogen sector and the critical but often overlooked role urban planning plays in renewable energy projects. I also emphasized the importance of creating youth-friendly infrastructure to support sustainable urban growth. Broader access for youth, CSOs, and SMEs is essential for meaningful progress in Namibia's green industrialization efforts. Inclusivity is key, and I hope future summits will offer more opportunities for diverse voices to be heard.
