Balancing Strategies in Sales

Let me share a recent experience from my role as a Remote Sales Advisor.
I manage 3,000 premium customers with various types of accounts and products, totaling over 1 billion naira in deposits. Recently, I developed a strategic plan to increase deposits, which worked perfectly and drove business growth. While this strategy was effective, I realized I was concentrating too much on it, potentially overlooking other valuable opportunities.
So, I took a step back and revisited my list of dormant accounts, loans, and digital products. By diversifying my focus, I was able to drive revenue growth and meet my KPIs, contributing to the overall success of the business.
This experience reminded me of the important of balancing our efforts and exploring multiple strategies to achieve comprehensive success.
