🍊 If you've ever had orange peels squeezed in your eyes as a kid or struggled to bite into an orange to start peeling it, we understand the frustration. We've had our reasons to dislike them too. However, when we learned about a company turning our annoyance into fabric, a newfound respect emerged. Orange Fiber, with production sites in Sicily, is the innovative company using orange by-products, which would otherwise go to waste, to create a fabric comparable to silk. Soft, silky, and lightweight, it is slowly becoming the perfect alternative to non-organic cotton or synthetic silks. In a nutshell, the process starts with the leftover peelings after industrial squeezing and using the cellulose to create a polymer that can be spun like wool. Eco-aero Brazzoli S.R.L. Eco-aero is the machine designed for dyeing processes of woven and knitted fabrics of 50 to 500 GSM (grams per square meter). Thanks to its special design nozzles that provides a perfect mixture of air and water, Eco-aero reduces water consumptions and increases the quality of dyeing at the same time. Main Features: • The movement of the fabric is provided by means of airflow created by a frequency-controlled air fan. • Fabric is conveyed to the nozzle section by the guidance of the inner reel. Max inner reel speed is 600 m/min. • The nozzles spray liquor into the airflow to create mixture of air and water. DUETTO Biancalani Textile Machinery AIRO® 24 DUETTO is a special finishing machine working in continuous and open width form. The machine is suitable for treating and drying any kind of fabrics without stretching, and conferring high softness, volume and dimensional stability. Biancalani has worked hard to concentrate the capacity of two AIRO®24 tumblers as per softening and drying action and productivity in a super compact size. As usual, the result of Biancalani R&D work is innovative and it got a brand-new patent: a great satisfaction for Biancalani that never stops looking for new effective finishing solutions. The treatment can be carried out on both wet and dry fabric, with different widths. The fabric, driven by a regular air flow, moves in alternate direction inside the two parallel treatment channels (ejectors), placed one over the other. This way the fabric undergoes a double tumbling effect inside the machine that operates in continuous mode. The fabric is processed inside the upper part of AIRO®24 DUETTO first, then in the lower part for a complete and effective double drying and softening action. Basically, for a double production capacity. The machine is particularly suitable for: -Drying and softening of both light and heavy fabrics (cotton, linen, chenille, wool, viscose, fabrics blended with Lycra, synthetics, rayon, coated, resin applied, synthetic leather, flock, etc.) -Treatment of stretch fabrics in order to achieve a good level of stability and relaxation. - Loop raising and high increase of volume while drying terry towel, knitted fabrics and velvets.
